Although we strive to make sure you choose the correct size and love every product in our store, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit right or look the way you hoped it would.
With that in mind we offer a 30 day returns policy on all orders* (within Australia only) for items that are in original brand new condition with original stickers and tags still attached to the item.
To start a return follow these easy steps:
- Read our returns 'Terms & Conditions' below
- Fill out form on the right & a return address will be shown and also sent via email
- Purchase a satchel or box & send the item back to us (hats sent back in satchels only will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges).
- Wait for us to refund or contact you for an exchange within 1/2 business days once we receive the return.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Customer to cover cost of return shipping & if exchange is requested also cover cost of exchange shipping (we will contact you for payment before the exchange is sent).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders. The cost of your items, minus shipping costs, will be refunded upon receipt of a returned item.
- Items without original tags or stickers attached will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Any returns sent back to us without filling in our returns form will be marked 'Return To Sender' and will be sent back without refund or exchange.
- International orders can not be refunded or exchanged
- Any items not returned in original brand new condition suitable for resale will be returned to the customer and will be ineligible for a refund or exchange
- Any orders not made on ussportsdownunder.com.au (ie made on a third party website or platform) can not be returned via our website.
